- UJA-Federation of New York’s Connect to Care is a response to the current economic crisis offering the Jewish community an array of employment and career transition services. F·E·G·S offers job networking opportunities, career seminars, computer training, resume preparation, interviewing skills, and more. Connect to Care also provides a variety personal counseling programs and Jewish spiritual care, plus financial, budget, and debt counseling as well as legal services.
- Entrepreneurial Services are offered through the Thypin Oltchick Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship @ F·E·G·S,
a resource clearing house that provides expertise, professional advice, seminars, and other resources for women interested in starting their own small businesses.

- Crown Heights Career Assistance Program (CH-CAP) helps graduates of Crown Heights Chabad kollels, yeshivas, or teacher’s seminaries, offering career counseling, information, job preparation and placements services, referrals to career training programs, and financial assistance for tuition.
