For more than 40 years, F·E·G·S has worked in partnership with the New York City Department of Education, other governmental organizations, foundations, voluntary organizations, and businesses to create a spectrum of programming to enhance educational and career planning opportunities for youth.
Through collaborations in more than two dozen schools and community centers, F·E·G·S today serves more than 6,000 students each year in after-school programs, high school partnerships, programs for out-of-school young adults, and youth aging out of foster care. These major initiatives help young people achieve their educational, professional and personal goals.
