The Career Development Institute (CDI)
multi-service center in the Bronx provides comprehensive programming to out-of-school, unemployed young adults and helps young people to meet their personal, educational, and professional goals.
Operating since July 2002, CDI provides career preparation activities such as career exploration, internships, advisement, and seminars. Based on the F·E·G·S CareerFirsts™ framework, CDI also prepares participants to enroll in college or a professional training program, and offers workshops on financial literacy and financial aid.
