Weekend Respite services are available in Manhattan and the Bronx to assist families
caring for an adult family member who has a developmental disability and who lives at home.
The programs provide opportunities for participants to take part in safe, supervised community and recreational activities while giving their families a brief respite from the day-to-day responsibilities of care giving. Transportation is available.
In the Bronx, cash assistance for non-Medicaid reimbursable goods and services is also available to assist families who care for family members with disabilities at home. & Contact Information -- Back to HTML Version
