Continuing Day Treatment

Continuing Day Treatment programs help participants with a history of mental illness, substance abuse, or previous incarceration gain the skills they need to function more independently in the community.

Participants work with a counselor to create a personalized, goal oriented plan. Working both in groups and independently, participants work to better understand their mental illness, develop specific goals for the future, and change behaviors that have prevented them from getting or keeping a job, going to school, establishing good relationships, or living independently.

Programs are located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. & Contact Information -- Back to HTML Version
